Let me give you guys a quick recap of my f**ed up adventure

Before accident (3/99):
Weight:145-150lbs
Neck:17
Chest:45
Bicep:16
Waist:32
Thigh:25
Calves:15.5

After accident (2/04):
Weight:188-192lbs
Neck:15.5
Chest:41
Bicep:14.5
Waist:38
Thigh:?
Calves?

Damage done: surgery to repair tears in left shoulder and 100 stiches to the chest to close hole made by steering wheel. Loss of muscle mass and strength in pec area. Mobility with pain in shoulder area.

Had planned on hitting the gym hard in Jul 03 but will be honest and say I wussed out over the pain I felt and got discouraged over not being able to do what I used to. I just gave up. Until around Nov 03' when I got winded from walking up a flight of stairs and decided enough was enough.

I've been doing light cardio and light(super light) weights. Xmas that following year(04) the wife bought me a Crossbow system and I have been slowly working into a routine.

Sorry about the crappy pics bros but the first is in clothes cause I refused to take any without. That's Dec 2002 @ about 208-210lbs maybe more not too sure. *NOTE* By Nov 03' I was at least 215lbs

Next one is Mar 2005 I got the courage and did the top half. I weighed in about 178lbs.

I will post pics as soon as I can to update.

No that first pic is in 2002. I haven't had 16 inch bis since back in Aug 1998.

The first pic is to show how bad I'd gotten after the accident in 99'.

I'm sorry if the wording confused anybody.
