| Moderator Board Moderator | Guessing bf% is of little use in my opinion. To me, its looks as if you need to gain some lean mass. You should work to achieve your goals, so if you do not have any, set some. size is a fictitious character. Respect yourself and others will respect you. |

| Registered User | damn i wish it wasnt so close to summer...i planning on running an ECY stack 2 weeks on/off...cardio 3x's a week...keeping cals around maintainence...try to drop some fat ive accumulated...and then do a clean bulk... hope to hit 215 by august and still be able to partially see my abs.. |

| My P3N1Z is chafed. | Hey bro, welcome to AM ![]() Anyway, it's hard for anyone to say anything if you don't put up your liftin history, etc. I.E. If you've been working out for 1month, you look great. If you've been working out for 10 years, we need to fix something pronto, catch my drift? So, throwing that aside, I'll say this. Without the shirt on, you can definitely tell you workout because of you shoulders. They've got some pretty decent mass on them. Chest looks as if it will have some trouble gaining mass, but shoulders and arms look like you've got some room to work with for sure. Post up some info, bro. Your routine, diet, history, etc, etc. all help very much. edit: and if you wanted a BF% estimate, I'd say 14-15%. You don't have a very thick fat laye, but that layer with respect to your LBM is probably 14-15%. | Registered User | ive been training for about about 2 years on and off, got back into about a month ago and am stick with it. Originally started at 155 soakin wet(shoulda seen me then...) Training Sunday-Legs monday-chest tuesday-back wed-rest thursday-shoulders friday-bis/tris Sat-rest....REPEAT Diet isnt really dialed in...try to keep protein intake high, and calorie intake higher. Have cut down on alcohol consumption tremendously recently(75%). Worst body part- Legs, there just pathetic, i wont even post them.... Best body part- Shoulders, or chest(pics dont really do any justice, but i do need some upper chest work) |

| Board Supporter | 6'3 and 155 somebody's a big time ecto. Think my bones weigh more that 155 lbs 40+ lbs in 2 years, not to bad esp for a 81 year old Your BF% does'nt look high to me maybe 14ish. "shrug" Cut down on alcohol consumption big time, talk about a ton of emtpy carbs/calories, that alone would prob help your BF goals. Now hit the weights ![]() |

| Registered User | your bf can be relatively high and you can still be somewhat cut, especially if you tan. I am about 17-19% bf and I still look pretty good and get compliments. |
