Rebound XT/Lean XT pct

ok So I should have some "before" pics up around Wed. It has been a while since i took some pics, but i am a little nervous.lol
I just finished a cutting cycle 1T/4AD trans, and will be starting PCT within a few days.

Going to use Nolva, Rebound XT, and LEan XT. I lost about 17 pounds so far this year, and am leaning out pretty well.

You think adding CEE would be counter productive during this PCT since I am trying to lean out even more? I'd like to have my abs back for summer..lol

Lets see how far I can go in the next few weeks.

I weighed myself in the beginning of February and weighed in at a fat 188ish. Last week at the gym I weighed in at a leaner 170. In some mirrors I can see all my abs, some I can't see anything. Damn lighting!

Good luck bro.. pics can't be any worse than my first ones. I'm subscribing to see how the LXT does for you; post details on your calories / cardio / split when you have some time.

Ok well i made the mistake of asking the EX GF to let me borrow her camera, b/c thats all i could think of..she said she would come over today and take them for me.... of course she shaded out... but as asked her is my routine as of Monday...I actually haven't started the jump roping yet..since i can't seem to find it anywhere.

M-F fasted state jump rope in the AM (5 minutes)

monday - chest/back
flat db press
incline db press
cable crossovers
T-bar rows
Hammer strength lat pulldowns
roman chair -weighted

Tuesday
60-80 minutes cardio 60% max hr

wednesday - legs/bi's
squats
leg extensions
leg curls
standing calves
seated calves
standing alternated dumbbell curls
standing straight bar curls

Thursday
60-80 minutes cardio 60% max hr

friday - shoulders/tri's
hammerstrength military press
side delt raises
front delt raises
shrugs
dips
skull crushers/french press
cable pushdowns (one arm)

going on PCT with Lean XT and Rebound XT in a few days

I am hoping to get a damn camera soon.. a friend of mine has one, but he is too busy with his damn gf to ever get back to anyone and ****..

I can't really plan out a diet per se..as i can't really afford to eat the same **** all the time. It gets expensive and I am moving out soon, so I am eating the food that my mother buys while i can. she buys healthy **** usually..so most of it will consist of a lot of chicken.. a rough idea is like this

The only carbs I am really going to try and consume will be with the MRP in the morning, and Post workout

6:30 am MRP
9:00 am whole foods (probably something like 4-5 scrambled eggshites with a slice of cheese and some sort of lean meat)
12:00 noon 8oz or so chicken/grilled zuccini
3:00 1 can tuna/small package roasted almonds
6:00 work out (I will probably have something small around 5ish)
7:30 PWO shake
8:30 real food again probably chicken/pork/fish and some zuccini again
before bed..maybe some cottage cheese or a few low fat string cheeses or something.

As I said this will vary, but times will (hopefully) be accurate.

thoughts?

I dont know what I would do without Costco. I usually buy the 6lb box of oats, tuna in bulk, Frozen and canned chicken breasts, eggs (5 dozen pack), and vegetables there. Saves me so much cash in the long run.

Ok so I will have body fat mesurements later to post as well as measurements. I just scheduled a "fitness assessment' at my gym. They use calipers that are attached to a computer that does all the calculations. I would say the margin of error is +/- 3% or so. I will go for the -3

Last year around february I got it tested and the thing said like 24%..I thought i was going to **** myself..that was high as hell...It was compared to a chart they had on me from about 3 yrs ago when the measured me at 5.5%....

I'd be happy going into this PCT/continued cutting phase at around 12%. By my birthday June 20th I'd like to be coming it at around 8....yes it will be done!

get a disposable camera and when you have them developed, ask for a digital cd with the pics on there, then you can download them to here. That is what I am going to do, plan on posting some pics here very soon.......

ok here are some pics, not very good. They were taken by my mother, so i was trying to get it over with as quickly as possible..also there are no leg shots..a bit TOO awkward for that..

anyway.. here is my before pics..we'll see how it goes over the next several weeks.

I am looking pretty flat since i have been on really low carb..and I dropped about 19 pounds since february 1st

btw 5'7" (almost)
sitting at around 169 I'd say. Goal by June 20 my bday is to be around 175, but much less bf%

another note..im not very good at posing..so I am probably not showing as much as i could

forgot to say that i decided to save the nolva.

I will be adding in CEE
I also added in NOT taking the elevator at work. I am on the top floor (8th), so I have been taking the stairs up and down.
It is 192 stairs from lobby to my floor.

Started the jump roping today also
45 seconds
25 crunches (1/4 situps)
45 seconds
25 crunches
45 seconds
25 crunches
45 seconds
25 crunches

It gets the blood flowing pretty nicely in the morning, and puts me in a MUCH better mood for the day.

thanks for the compliment.

I think my lower back/lats need some work. Lower back I think is my weakest area..My chest I think could be a little wider as well.

What would anyone say the bf% is just by looking? 17%?

I can live with 13% now, 6 months ago I think I was about 26%. Hopefully by summer I can be under 10.

This PCT is really something, I actually feel like I am getting stronger. I did chest press on the hammer strength..(don't laugh, my right shoulder has issues..which i should actually get checked out sometime) I normally would go up to about 225 and get like 3. I started my 2nd set with 225 and banged out 10 like it was nothing. Surprised the **** out of me. However, I added like 25 more pounds and could barely do 1 after that. So I dunno, I had some kind of insane power boost for a seccond.

I was experiencing some "drying out" which i had heard that the Rebound XT could do, but that seems to be settling down. Good thing, b/c i was tired of feeling like i had some dry ass "boogers" in my nose at all times.

Weighed myself this morning on my home scale..which sux actually, and came in around 165.

Also, I actually think I can feel the CEE only after 2 days..not sure if that is possible, but I feel more tight, more of the time..and kinda pumped all throughout the day. I responded very well to creatine mono back in the day when i was a youngster..I haven't really touched the stuff in over 5 yrs...
