| Registered User | Well, any critiques. I am trying to do fitness modeling in about 2 more years, and Im wondering what a good weight is for that. In this pic Im 195 lbs and no idea what my bf is. I have the hardest time putting on weight in my chest, so I have been not worrying about my cuts as much. This is after one year of working out. I have before pics if you are interested. | on a quest to deadlift 600 | you need both size and definition ... sean cassidy is on a number of muscle and fitness covers and he's pretty big (aside from having no back width) |
