Well it depends what look you are going for.

Overall I would say you are looking great so far, especially for 4.5 months work! However, at your current physique level you kind of look like more muscled swimmer, or beach body. If that is the look you are going for you are doing a fantastic job, and are sure to bag a bunch of hunnies looking like that

I would say throw up some shots of the legs and back if you can. Like I said, so far looking good, but I would add some more size to the chest

No question....Bulk it up!

You're def cut man....go for the bulk and put some weight on....you look good man and it seems you have a good metabolism....i think youll have no problem dropping any "unwanted" weight after the bulk....

You are looking great for 4.5 months of work. 2 things:
1.) Pull your shorts up a bit
2.) You are definitely under 15%bf. I'd say more like 10-12

yea i should bulk , right now im just eating when im hungry, 30 grams of protein every meal wit plenty carbohydrates, usually 4 meals a day and one shake after workout. (metrx with gatorade).

when i go on a bulking diet i seem to have the same muscle gains and just get fatter

i just think if your ment to grow your gonna grow theres only so much food can do, im eating like 140 grams of protein a day and im at 175lbs i know people say 1.5, but i read .8 is good.

i hear ya bro. when i get down to the bf % i want, i'll probably never do a bulk again, at least not in the sense that most these guys do. i'd rather add 10-15lbs of lean muscle per year than 40-50lbs of sloppy weight. probably add 500 clean cals every time i stop growing, then adjust as i go.

Lean bulk for the next 2 months and let us see what you look like, good base though....start adding a small amount of Protein, Low GI carbs, and some healthy fats and when you see that your gut is getting bigger than your muscles then you know to start dropping a few calories......keep track of what you eat and increase the protien bro.

Whoa if you are talking about the liquid creatine DO NOT GET IT! It is $40 water!!!!!!!! There are studies to back this especially from the main manufacturer of this product. There are also better alternatives to No2 like No-Xplode or even Now AAKG tabs. TTYL man!

Bulk, bulk, and bulk. Try to increase your protein intake for sure (at least 1 gram per lb of BW) and start adding in healthy fats (I like olive oil, because it's cheap and has 14 grams of fat and 120 cals per tbsp). You look like an ectomorph so you going to have to ingest a shitload of calories (upwards of around 6000 actually). I would also try my best to be eating at least every 3 hours as well. But then again, if you like the skinny look, then by all means keep doing what your doing.

wow did not know my pics would still be on the website well 2 years later here I am might as well post some progress.

Last time i was on here I was weight lifting


Now i Box and do gymnastics I weightlift about 3 times a week.
