These pictures are exactly one year from eachother. Started lifting in July 2013. My goal is to be aesthetic while also being freakishly strong. I know it sounds impossible but I went from 130 lbs soaking wet to 170 lean muscle. I went from probably eating 1000 calories a day to 4000 to 5000 a day. I had begun my fitness journey thinking there was an end goal and now the goals just keep coming. My strength is decent for only one year but like I said I want to be freakishly strong.
