| Pronounced NAB uh shin | Noob Progress Here's a shot of where I was before bulking and my current state. The before pic was shot on August 5, and the after pic was shot on February 2. The weight is 142lbs before, 177lbs after, with bodyfat being (according to AccuMeasure one-site calipers) 5% and 8%. After years of sitting on his butt, the naturally skinny guy lost sight of his abs. So I cut down from 11% to 5% over 6 weeks starting in July, then snapped the before pic and went bulking. It's all been natural. Honestly, I see no visual progress. As I'm sure you guys can imagine, I want things to be moving a billion times faster. However, the general consensus seems to be to stay natural for at least one full year, and probably more --- certainly not before I'm 21. So, in light of these pictures, does that recommendation still stand? Diet, training, and rest are all in check, with schedules and logs available for those interested. |

| Pronounced NAB uh shin | Thanks for the extra set of eyeballs, at least I know I'm on the right track. It's a lot easier to have patience that way. |
