Ok, so be kind......need to get back some mucsle, while still on prednosone........I know i have a long way to go..and i mention the prednosone because i am getting the "pouch"...............

I used to take prednisone as a kid for my asthma.. bloated me up bad. However on you, I see no such thing.. just nice and lean. :)

my take: stomach looks lean. i think you have the physique of a woman who trains but starves. i say this b/c from the photo, it appears as if you lack muscular development on your delts to upper chest. the acromion process thru to your clavicle is too visible. of course, if you are a runner then this is typical.
 
I do run...But thanks this pic is also 3 months old, the prednosone is new to me ( about a month now) next time i post i will post a recent shot...and than you can see the pouch......cause trust me its there.........

Pouch? pffffft paahlease don't go the route of a fitness junkie/anorexic. You look fantasic yet as Size observed you should not go any lower in either BF or LBM.

Yeah, Lupus can be a fucker. One of my exgirlfriends had it. You look great though, just keep doing whatever you're doing and up the calories a little to put on a little more lean mass. I see what you mean as far as the difference in your midsection, but to be honest I think you look better in this pic than the last one. Another exgirlfriend of mine is dieting down to what she calls "bikini shape" so she can go on her honeymoon and strip down on the beach. I'm trying to feed her some hohos. She's getting dangerously thin.

yea it can be hard when women go on starving diets and develope anorexia... you gotta try to stop it in its early stages or it can get very hard to treat .....its good to have curves...

Oh, she's got curves still. I wouldn't want to see them go away is all. She's aboyt 5'3" and a double D cup. Pretty amazing when you see it, and she's a sweetheart. Can't believe I didn't marry her.

thats funny my fiance is 4'11" and she has a D cup. Her body is awesome its just miniturized.

blah, I wont pretend to not see what your talking about (the pouch) because people have done that to me before and its offensive, but I will say you dont have much of a pouch, and what you do have dosent really subtract from your looks at all wranglergirl, so dont sweat it!. lupus is tough, my favorite aunt has it I can empathise with what it does, hers goes into remission for months then comes back its tough because it sort of plays a game with her :( ... hang in there, your doing great.
