I'm 5'9", 225, and have about 20 years on and off training under my belt.

I am in no way trying to be a dick, but I am looking at your pic and having a hard time believing that your 225. I am 5'10 and 215 and probably a little bigger and a little more cut. Whats your bf%?. Do you have huge legs?

Actually, in that pic I was about 215...It was in May '04...My current weight is 220-225, but BF is up too...
