| Registered User | Yea its going pretty well, and I feel alot better than I was on cycle...The puffyness and water bloat is comming down at least, waist size went down immediatly, i think the 4ad ratio was too much over the 1T 1:2..each had 3grms 1T and 6grm 4AD... Next time I will make the 1T the higher ratio , and the 4ad alot lower...Or maybe just take out the 4ad alltogether and add fina and make it a much more dry cycle...But summer isnt here yet, so im not cutting yet for another few months...just gonna maintain...Its weird cause ever since I started PCT my vascularity has increased.... |

| Registered User | Diplomats, thumbs up on your gains....I dont know if Id be able to eat that much without gaining too much fat....I think maybe Ill keep my gains more steady instead of trying to gain as much weight as I can each week...Although my vascularity is aloit better off cycle, so maybe its mostly a layer of water...I havent lost any weight though since the cycle...maybe 1 pound...but Im still 200-201 and the highest I was on cycle was around 202.5 i think...I dont know if this is as far as reaching my genetic limit, or if it just means my body does well at keeping gains off a cycle...strength is still going up... did 290 on the smith this time, hopefully I will break the 300 mark soon.... |

| Registered User | 201.5 today...wow, havent lost barely anything since the cycle...finally got to 290 on the smith for bench press, hopefully I will break the 300 mark this month....however I dont know if this is my 'true' bench press, cause of the added balance and safety support with the smith...when im using dumbells i have to take the weight down considerably, dumbells for some reason really kill my joints and cause pain...im not too good with balancing weights so i usually stick with barbells, ez-curl and the smith... Im surprised my lifting power hasnt gone down since the cycle... |
