one question.. how do I get my lower/outer pecs to *pop out*
u know when u wear a tight shirt i want that line to be visible
The part that goes from lower chest and connects to the shoulder
(cant do dips they hurt my shoulders)

Try going wider with your grip on the dips and lean foward more. Also do decline bench and decline flies.
