Any advice! I couldn't record yesterday's workout because the person that normally records me couldn't do it! It's horrible because I really brought my form in!
You're flat backed. Try building up a slight arch in order to drive back onto your traps. Also, you can see yourself wobble before the decent of the bar. You want to be stable. You don't seem to be using much leg driven to do so. If you can position your knees below your hips (YouTube Brandon Lilly bench press 101, he will explain that) you'll be able to use more leg drive.

What Sean said. Also, try to touch lower on your chest by tucking your elbows a pinch. That will help your to touch higher and shorten up the range of motion. Also loads the weight into your lats better.
