New to forums critique my physique please

Hey I'm new to the forum can I get some help with an estimate of a body fat. No flexing is being done on either pic . I have a sitting down back pic and a sitting down front. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks

To think someone can give you an accurate body fat percentage from looking at a few pics is naive. Get a pair of calipers or if you want shell out 20 bucks for a bod pod reading. If you just want an estimate visually there's plenty of visual diagrams with examples of each body fat percentage if you look hard enough. This question is asked quite often and I kind of chuckle every time.
