I am currently working out pretty hard and getting my diet on track, 6 months ago I started a bulk for football. Now that I will not be playing anymore, I am cutting my extra weight, currently around 210. I want to be less than 200 but not any farther down than 190. Here's a few pics of me and would like advice on creating a more well rounded body.

Don't worry about getting to XXX weight. You've got a solid frame already so if your wanting to lean out then decrease your caloric intake slightly and add cardio into your routine. Tracking calories helps a lot and there's lots of websites and smartphone apps that can help out. What does your diet macro and break down look like right now?

Why no lower than 190? IMO get to an ideal body fat percent, don't worry about weight.
