Oh and starting this week I'm going back to p.h.a.t training program..so ill be going heavy on legs tuesdays then hypertroph/ high volume fridays or sat...

Jim ya ive been working on that..started cardio 4*/ week...bodyfat now is 13perc...
Just wanting to try a new shocking leg workout, just wanted some ideas mainly, thnx
