| Registered User | My pics Hi guys, thought I post some pics and get an estimate of my bodyfat. 5"11, 204lbs right after a low dosed 5 week 1 test/4ad cycle, gained 20 lbs, but also a nice chunk of fat it seems. Been training about a year,I used to be overweight at 230 lbs with super skinny legs and arms. First pic is at 184 right before my cycle. Next 2 pics are at 204,can anyone estimate bodyfat %? | My P3N1Z is chafed. | 15% maybe? I can see good gains in you shoulders and arms though...good job. Maybe just bulk a little cleaner next time. (I just did the same thing )EDIT: What kinds of strength gains did you seen? Oh and what about measurements? Last edited by kwyckemynd00 : 09-19-2004 at 01:45 AM. |

| Registered User | I would say 13-15.5% Been there and it took me for ever to come down into the 6% range. What really did it was 45 min on the tread mill in the morning, and 45 min stair stepper at night. And slowly (every two weeks) cutting carbs down, and moving from beef to chicken to fish. It is ok durning the day, but 2 of the 6 meals are NO CARBs at night - if you are looking to do a show - you have the mass for it, you just need a 10-12 week plan to cut. Best of luck to you!! |
