Got some vids of me doing bent over rows. Not my best 2 sets I've ever done - you can see my thoughts in the video comments. But I think they're still post-able. Maybe I'll put up some new vids next time I do the lift
You'll notice I adopt a sumo stance for the lift. I find the wider stance provides a stronger support base while also allowing me to sit back during the lift (so no stress on my lower back and I'm pretty parallel to the floor) and not have my knees in the way of the bar.
