Hey, I'm new to AM and was looking to get some feedback/advice on how I'm doing. I've been bodybuilding for 9 months, and have been training legs half of that. I was 135 before and up to 158 now.

Any guesstimats for bf% would be helpful too. Thanks!

Here is my diet too. I think it need changing alot, so any suggestions for eating or not eating would be great.

Meal 1: Weetabix or Oats w/ Banana, 2 Scoops Syntha-6
Meal 2: 3 Eggs w/ 2 Slices Brown Toast
Meal 3: Chicken breast w/ Baked potato
Meal 4: Protein bar

Pre-workout: Superpump Max or Neurocore
Post-workout: 4 scoops Syntha-6

Meal 5: Chicken or Steak w/ Potato or Rice
Meal 6: 3 Eggs
Meal 7: 2 scoops Syntha-6

good good so far. id add in some carbs post workout, maybe some bananas or waxy maize

I don't agree with Poop on bananas, but I agree with maxy maize, and I hear n2bm is releasing a new post workout carb that will be revolutionary.
