Very good development overall. Lats and shoulders are particularly good. Post some info on your routine at the correct forum you'll get a lot of advice on how to get some more out of your workouts. Look up HST methods if you haven't already, at your age if you respond to it, you'll explode.

There's already a thread going on it over there. The acronym stands for Hypertrophy Specific Training. if you go to www.hypertrophy-specific.com you'll find a lot of in depth information, plus another awesome forum.
