I've been religiously working out for the past year and have been eating allot healthier now. Previous to me working out, i ate whatever I felt like and didn't do ****. I still have slip-up days where i'll order a pizza and eat almost the whole thing in a sitting but i've been allot more conscience of my health and fitness. I even quit smoking 2 weeks ago.
This past 2 months i've been working on leaning up and have been lowering my cal's and allot of running.. too much running. I'm going to go on a bulking cycle in 2 weeks though.
What do ya'll think?
