Hey man that is great! You have made a transformation very similar to mine. I started out at 132 (I was anorexic) and i am now about 195 over the course of three years of training and about two years of fairly solid nutrition. Now if i can keep it up and get to 230 240 that will be a hell of a transformation. (also all natural)

Awesome job! You found your shoulders? Still looking for mine to fill in that way. Up to 165 from about 130 as well. Just began something so that I'll be at around 185 by end Sept. Keep up the great work! Also, what were your age variances along the way?

You must have been one dedicated mofo! From the way the pics were taken it's like you knew that you'd swell up and post'em on AM just like you did. Working out in one of them and slowly building up. Where ya at though, enquiring minds want to know some age variances.

Yeah, ectos don't really need to cut. I am going to clean bulk from now on. I mainly cut due to abdominal area fat. There has been a new development however. It turns out my testosterone levels are 224 = rock bottom. So that explains why it took such drastic measures to hit 225 lbs, and strength is still lacking. I will be seeing a endocrin specialist next month to start treatment / HRT.
Yeah I feel like a twig even @ 205. I was just looking to get a solid/strong base before doing any "enhancing". Now I can see that things are going to be alot more complicated.Originally Posted by ass2grass
