    Haha sure....She was told theres no way she could squat 225 for 3 reps...called an e stater, blah blah blah. So my question is, is she doing it wrong? keep in mind she is 122lbs and benched 145lbs, lifting for 1 year. she has genetics for sure

    Hard to tell honestly. Esp with the video at the angle it was at. I thought her stance could have been a bit wider.

    The quality of the video isnt that good I will agree. But the fact that a woman can get 225 lbs on her back even is awesome. Heck, I see guys in the gym using those stupid little pads.

    I read that they are stronger lb for lb in their legs than men. Not sure if it is true but its what I read.

    She needs to tighten her arch in her lumbar, sit back on her hips, and spread the floor with her feet. She has great raw strength and a terrific base, but her overall technique is a bit raw. Has she done box squats? If not, then she should start doing those on a weekly basis.

    she can probably squat more with improved technique... but mad props for her for outsquatting some dudes i know!
