    Gotta Make a Confession


    Okay guys so my currrent 'cut' has been an absolute joke. Pizza, Ice cream, bagels, barely any cardio (well in the gym at least) just basically an overall joke

    So I got 10 days before Punta Cuna and my lady poker (thanks stackedcop for the vocabulary btw lol) works for 10s only (maybe a 9 after a few drinks ). So I've decided I'm doing a 'super cut'...dundundun

    Rules: 20 minute HITT EVERY Morning, Stop eating like a jerkoff, 20 minute HITT after EVERY workout.

    Goals: Noticeable chizzle and cut up, losing about 3-4 pounds.

    Before Pic: As you guys can see I have no idea how to pose but just a whatever pic to compare in 10 days.

    EDIT: Updated pre-gym pic, last gym session for 9 days but good times for sure ahead...

    I lost about 3 pounds this week, currently sitting at about 220lbs. I feel pretty much the same though, workout numbers are about the same as well although I haven't maxed out in a week or two I would assume 1MR would be down across the board (was tracking squat,bench,dead and overhead).

    Thanks bro, I just hate hate controlled Cardio (treadmills, stationary bikes ect.) Its gotta be outside on foot the real deal for me

    You're not in very bad condition to start off with; you should be fine.

    As you know, your nutrition is going to be the biggest part of this. You'll also feel much better once you cut the crap out of your diet.

    I'd start off with one HIIT session/day and go from there; it probably won't be necessary to add in a second one each day. Go by how you feel, though.

    Best of luck bro. I understand where youre coming on your diet. Mines been super dirty since my surgery on Feb 4th. I have about 2 more weeks till I can start throwin any weight around. I have waaay better motivation this time around, kinda like yours...She's blonde beautiful and already thinks my body is awesome. She has no idea what guys like us are capable of with our bodies.

    ...You won't be too impressed though to be perfectly honest, I've recomped but its been an extremely long and stressful 10 days for me to say the least

    Hahaha jk. Honestly your start picture is at least 2 times in better shape than im in... the only down fall for spring break lady poker style is that you dont have a full blown six pack... but the abs are showin a bit!

    Im sure you and the lady poker will do just fine! Hahaha

    Thanks bro, I plan on gaining about 10 pounds in Mexico, no muscle of course. Maybe I'll post an after Spring break pic, so everyone else on the boards no matter what there fitness status is can feel good about themselves hahaha

    Hahahahah! Hey 3 lbs is 3 lbs! If I was that lean at 220 Id def be happy for a 3 lb loss... just think... in 10 days it will be a -7lb loss hahaha
