    3 year progress pics...what a journey


    One year before i discovered the world of bodybuilding, i was 200 lbs of pure flabby fat. Discouraged, i went on a crash diet, in which i went to 130 pounds in about 5 months. Looking skinnier than ever and having loose skin, i knew the only way to look good was to bulk back up with muscle and fill it in. How hard could that be right?

    I am very proud to say that today i weighed in at my old weight of 200 lbs, oh yea but with 10 percent bodyfat. Tell me what you think.

    By the way, the first picture was me at around 140. Then a picture every years progress roughly, and the last one was me recent.

    heres another one from today.

    I know i have a shirt on in the pic, but does anyone have a guess at what my bodyfat would be? im 5'11 197 pounds. i wear a 32 waist in shorts and a medium in tshirts. my arms are like almost 16. i was told i was around 10-12?

    nice results i must say it looks a lot like my 3 year progress also, keep up the great work, looks like u been hitting the weights hard.

    i was 135 three years ago, and i just was tired of being so skinny it took me two years to hit 150 which is what i was last year, and now im 163 currently, but when i get back on my creatine i will be close to 167. i know how hard it can be to break weight barriers, i seem stuck between 162-167 lbs. but i look at what i use to be and i just cant believe my own progress from a few years ago. i like to c guys that get progress done over longs peroids of time then guys that take ph for a month and gain 30 pounds. keep it up

    good job on your progress as well. as far as phs, i ran tren at one point, gained about 15 pounds but unfourtanetly lost it all because i got really sick and ended up with appendicitis, which put me out for 6 weeks. i ran a bit of superdrol, which got me going again and back in the game

    dang sorry to here that, i hear appendicitus is painful. at least your through it. ya one reason i pick up weight so much is bc i was a cc and marathon runner, but the past year haven't ran hardly a lick and gained weight quick but progress has stoped. only bad thing is i went from 4.8 percent body fat two years ago to now 8.9 percent. but im starting to incorporate some cardio on leg days to drop my fat percentage again.

    i would kill to be 8.9 hahaha. after bulking so much my body fat at i dont even know.. it used to be 5

    lol i remeber the goods day of around 5, i was smaller but i could see my abs a hell of a lot better then, i miss it. good news is though body fat can always be dropped wish u the best of luck and stay healthy

    looking at that last pic i would say close to 9%. you look pretty lean in mass to me.
