These are pics i took from today, i just went to the gym yesterday did my squats and Abs, i never usually do abs because i care more about getting big. So... my abs are super sore today and it seemed like i couldnt even flex them to make them look right lol. These pics actually bother me because i think i usually look better, but since my abs are sore and the lighting idk i feel like i dont even look like this! Either way weigh'd 158 today. I feel like my back looks the best out of everything. I have been working out for years but on and off not really as serious as i am now, im trying the James Chan 10-8-6-15 program. My body isnt used to this program yet, i can probly only get it in 2 times a week and not 3 because i dont recover fast enough since i just started again. I know i need to eat more, but im hopeing i will have some better afters coming up soon!
