Here is a pic that will show the differences in my lats. The one was cut on to remove part of right lung due to cancer in '82. If I can bulk up another 30 lb or so does anyone think this would be a big hit in judging at a show.

You gotta solid base goin there man. If it were to become a problem 30lbs. fom now, you could always prioritize the left one to play catch-up. One arm rows would be a good way to do so.......Nice work...

I do not think it would be a huge issue.
Looking solid and well developed.
Good luck adding 30lbs.

size is a fictitious character.

Thanks for the kind words. Don't think there is any catch-up. The insertion point was changed, not much to be done about that. Surgery was 22 years ago.

Thanks for the good words from you also. Put on 45 last year, but I was way down after a 9 month lay-off due to my divorce (ex liked crystal more than she did the kids and me). The next 30 will be the real challange, guess this will show me what I'm made of. Think I need to hit 290 not to get laughed off stage.

That's what I was thinking, it seems that you could only make it larger, which will help, but as I'm sure you know will never really make it truly symmetrical. I don't think it would be a huge deal either, but it might depend upon what level show we're talking about.

And congrats on 45lbs last year!!! That's a damn good amount of weight for one year.

Looking Great,...I buried a chainsaw in my leg and still competed with a scar across my quad...I dont think it's a big deal with the judges, it may have the same impact as someone with a tatoo...Good to see us 45+ guys still banging away....

Hey Mad, Thanks guy, I think this thing is more in my mind than anything else. After 40 there is a saying "you're either growin or goin!" I prefer to keep growin. Got a 10 year old daughter so in 7 years I need to still be able to kick some 19 y/o ass! (or at least look like I can )
