Basically this starts tomorrow
started PCT on 9/20
Ill upload NEW pix tomorrow WITH my weight in the AM
Basically i see a recomp as BODY HARDENING. Im striving to maintain my physique as best as possible while adding SOME mass (after coming off a cut and keto diet) and keeping my body fat under control (cardio 5-6 days a week either morning on empty, or post workout for 40 minutes)
Weekly splits will vary so i can still do a refeed
Refeeds WILL be monitored and taylored specifically to 600g carb MAX per refeed.
GDAs will be taken EVERY meal, Bitter melon being the one in the morning with HCA
Training days will include carbs, non training days NO carbs but high protein and fat to make up for the caloric loss.
Only carbohydrate sources used for this as of now:
Oats, oat bran, no more then 20g carb coming from any fruit, Quinoa bread, quinoa flakes
Lunch (usually this follows a workout):
Starchy veggies only (and the occasional quinoa maybe ill mix them both in)!!! sweet potatoes, corn, carrots, peas, squash, eggplant, zucchini.
Green veggies only!!! asparagus, green beans, cucumber, salad
my days usually look like this Mon- Fri at school
Mon:9-5 gym time 12 30- 230 school starts again at 3 30
Tuesday: 9-11 gym time usually around 12 30- 2 30, no school after
Wed: same as monday
Thurs: same as Tuesday
Friday: wake up at 9 am Gym from 10 or 10 30 - 12 (usually an arm day)
now my split this week starts tomorrow, so just shift the days over.
PWO carbs will consist of Dark Matter (till i run out) pslin 30 min before i finish my workout
my GDA ****tail (keepin it secret for a little while longer) immediatly following that shake
Then lunch carbs with a lean meat and a protein shake (split 50/50)
i eat carbs pre workout (because i usually train after breakfast some days)
if my workout proceeds the second meal there will be NO carbs in that meal because i would have all ready had for breakfast
Optimal macros for now:
breakfast carbs will be around 40-50g TOTAL
post workout carbs are 48 (dark matter)
Post post work out 100 (due to extreme potency, hypoglycemic even with 130g carb from pancakes)
dinner is green veggies so i dont count them into total intake

Smoothie with 1/2 banana 5 strawberries 5 icecubes 2 table spoon pb. 1cup whole grain drink n 2 scoops whey and 30g(weight) quinoa flakes

diets always been easy for me when i put time into it
i took a picture but it came out blurry as hell and i havent groomed lol so tomorrow may be a better day
i had a whey shake 20g pre workout
then i did chest strength is still decent 5 days into PCT i was able to rep out 185 on flat for 20 reps (Personal best is 24 with a spot and i believe still on tren)
then i had 48g waxy from dark matter with some insulin mimicers
immediatly following that my special GDA ****tail follwoed by 6.5 ounce turky 45g c quinoa and a mix of eggplant and sweet potatoe, 2 tea spoons olive oil
whey and almond meal
6.5 ounce meat loaf asparagus and green beans hot sauce 1.5 table spoon mayo
now just having mayo and meatloaf lol
will have 2 gbol with 6g BCAAs pre bed (maybe only one)

aright breafast this morn....
2 slices QUINOA BREAD wit 2 table spoon almond butter! 2 scoop whey, 1/2 banana, 5 strawberries 1 cup whole grain drink.
mannnnn it was gooooooooooooooooood Back today in bout 15-20 min followed by cardio
i decided to ditch the waxy PWO and enjoy my starchy veggies and meatloaf PWO lol
edit: ended up doing legs
then PWO i had sweet potato eggplant and quinoa. with a homeade red sauce (puree red pepper, carrot onion mushroom garlic powder) with meat loaf.
then i had a shake oatbran (36g carb) almond meal(15g fat) and 2 scoops whey.
then i forgot what i had but i think it was meatloaf green veggies (asparagus and string beans) and 2 tablespoon mayo
then a whey shake
then baked chicken and almond meal with sting beans and asparagus.

today so far
Smoothie in the morning same as last ones but i used almond milk instead of whole grain drink
and PB instead of almond butter on the quinoa bread
workout (did back) then cardio
PWO 1/2can peas (drained) half can corn (drained) quinoa, and homemade red sauce. whey shake (24g with 6 g BCAAs added)
now i wait lol

ill be adding in i gh 1 with P5P zinc and magnesium in about 5 weeks along with (crossing fingers) recycle 6oxo bromo novedex primal male trib and whatever else i find in my house
all at appropriate doses of course lol

ight guys been a while
yesterday was keto day
i did arms on monday, and then a kickboxing class (drills and thai pad work) weight in tomorrow since it was start of diet weigh ins will be thurdays
feeling good, PCT is goin exceptionally well test last shot 225 mg sept 13 last pplex sept 20th PCT sept 20
so its been about 16 days since last shot and still goin strong NO dip in libido!

Sounds nice man definetly something I can utilize at somepoint. I'm a big believer in I gh 1. Blood work on it as well as gh stak from nutrabolics both showed elevated GH levels. Doc asked if I was on synthetic!

keto day today as well as cardio.
i went for a jog 20 min, then did a lil walking, and some sprints on empty stomach
Pre cardio supps was, Ginseng, 300mg ALA, 600mg 10:1 bitter melon, clen 50mcg, 1 zerostim and 2 methyl matrix.
followed by a shake with a huge scoop of PB some whole grain drink 2 scoops of whey
then had to goto school had a shake with almond meal in it
came home had 7 ounces meatloaf with mixed veggies cooked into it (peppers (orange yellow) and oniions) with 2 tablespoon mayo
bout to eat some baked chicken with almond meal now with EVOO and hot sauce!
Woke up really lean today felt great.

Diets been spot on!
Training has been great feel as if I haven't even been of cycle yet! Libido is all good
Loads could be a little better lol
Tomorrow is refeed meals. Gunna start that round 1pm and go until around 9. 100g carb per meal 6 meals. (Carbs per meal will be higher if less meals are eaten
