update:
cutting back 10 min of cardio every day and changing routine
new routine:
monday- chest
Tuesday- legs
Wed- back shoulders
Thurs- arms
friday off
sat depletion and refeed
sunday off
repeat.
cardio every day except refeed day. pict update aswell, bad lighting all that jazz whatever whatever. weights still doing the same thing down a pound so im reducing cardio. man this GDA allows me to eat so many carbs and not gain lol. hopefully things will switch up and ill be putting on a little more mass
