Bulk bitter melon no extract I believe was tested at 50mg per kg. As shown in most studies. If I where u I'd make an extract using water by boiling it n what not
Whn u do that I believe u get the plant insulin. I have to check the very few studies I do have on it.
There are not much human studies to base evidence on unfortunatly.
I would say 5-7g.would be best.
I've personally taken 300mg ala and 1200mg 10;1 extract of bitter melon and had no effect in making me hypoglycemic
A better bet is bulk banaba and yellow gold

Before my refeeds I use my personalized GDA. Specific dosing and extract. Hopefully soon ill be able to tell yall what it is. Keepin it secret for time being gotta make sure I get all my **** togetjer

I weighed 195.8 this morning. Cardio today is going to be the autism walk my county is having. I think its 3 miles
I$ just gunna walk it I do cardio everyday and running today isn't appealing to me lol. ill prolly be 192ish tomorrow and ill maintain at that weight maybe 192.5 if I'm lucky! And then it'll be 12days from tomorrow since next refeed

I think ghenerate may have been bammed due to ghrp2. Unsure tho. Ask in a thread about it in their subforum.

Update on my diet. Everythings comin togetjer well. If all goes according to planned ill be 191.6 tomorrow meaning a net gain of .5 in 2 week which is right on my target! Hoping to gain a pound a month. To ensure its all muscle and not fat as well as keeping bodyfat down.
I start 50mg clomid and 20mg nolva for 2-3 weeks starting monday to complete the SERM recovery process
As soon as that is over I'll be starting a spnsored log of RECYCLE for 4 weeks to continue my recovery then ill do an additional 4 weeks on primal male 6oxo and 6bromo as well as stoked
After the otc pct supps the arnold will be right around the corner and ill be hoping back on test for mor clean bulk for 12 weeks

cutting back 10 min of cardio every day and changing routine
Wed- back shoulders
sat depletion and refeed
cardio every day except refeed day. pict update aswell, bad lighting all that jazz whatever whatever. weights still doing the same thing down a pound so im reducing cardio. man this GDA allows me to eat so many carbs and not gain lol. hopefully things will switch up and ill be putting on a little more mass

Quick arm workout was late for an appointment so I may end up going back later. Didn't get any cardio in tho. Not a big deal
May just cut out carbs from today out
I'm just gunna suck it up and do depletion workout tomorrow.

17 page paper is finished, dues thursday and i gotta review it again and keep fixing it up.
anyway workouts are good, weights about the thame up a TAD not much however bodyfat has remained

i definetly feel that after adding carbs i hold water quite easily... if i drop my carbs for more then 2 days, im super dry and i will also drop like 5# in weight lol.
i try to keep my keto days to 2 a week and they are broken up by the heavy carb day.
to keep everyone updated im still running the serms, sunday will end week 5.
ill be running one more week of serms, (well finish next friday so i can get ****faced on halloween just because its the best holiday in the world.)
then starting the monday after halloween i start RECYCLE!
Strength is still good, actually hit a nice number on deadlifts... 285 for 8, after not doing deads for a long while.
sqauts are definetly NOT where i would like them to be. however they are getting a little better. i wont even mention a number to embarrass myself.
i have however been doing lounges as well and thats been helping me a great deal.
running on fridays and sundays.

Tryin hard to get leaner while maintaining or gaining slightly. Feel likeit may be working a little I believe I'm up half a pound which is ideal

Hey atleast you can do legs crazy, im going to the doc. wednesday to get my knee checked out.....i got a sharp pain right underneath the top inner part of my knee cap.... any ideas what it could be???

Stay away from legs
Definetly no lever movemnets like extentions and curls. May do more harm then good
You may be able to get away with ball squats and bosu bridges
