Here's a few pics taken last week. 42 years old - 6'1 - about 235.
Depending on how things go - I'll be doing a two/three month cut to get my BF below lard ass and beginning my next bulk. I've let this last bulk go on way too long. I'll try to track my bi-weekly or so progress on this thread.

More than anything I'll just be cutting carbs and a little fat - and increasing my protein even more. I may start taking nitric oxide again - just so I won't feel so deflated from the lack of carbs. I may pick up some creatine for the same reason. Feeling pumped and full helps combat the "shrinking man syndrome". Pre-workout I'll take some caffeine. That's about it though. Diet/Calorie manipulation, lots more cardio (some HIIT), and plain old boring hard work...
