man looks good, thats what, a good 23lbs. of lean muscle you put on while dropping bf considerably. you got a nice v-taper, delts coming in. abs look tighter, arms definetly look better as well. chest is leaner and fuller too.nice work-
I don't believe that is totally true. I am 39 and still one hell of a hard gainer and super fast metabolism. So I think it depends on each person. Granted I have gained about 35lbs from being a skinny runt to 155 but it has taking me YEARS of eating and lifting to do that.
