Been training for 2-3 years. Was 240lbs went all the way down to 175 then slowly built up to 190, but had a bad 7 months and blew back up to a pretty fat 210. Prior to my 7 month lay off I was doing around 20 sets per muscle with a lot of reps and very little rest periods. This time around my workout is a bit different. I can post my my last weeks worth of weights if anyone is interested and if it would help. My diet is 90% there just got to avoid having that extra cheat meal every week, but I don't think my cardio/routine are quite there yet.
Monday
Two Minute Rest between each set and 3 mins between movements
