    I am 2 weeks in to a t-derm 1ad-4ad.

  2. i am 5'11,227.
    I have been hitting it solid for five weeks.
    covering all the avenues in bulking diet,minerals,vitamins,liver support.
    all kinda crap coillodials,boron....the list goes on.
    I want to bench 400 in less than a year, and look good doing it.
    I am going to go on a cutting cycle after this one .

    about how long would you guys stay on nolva, and how long would you wait to start another cycle to cut?

    Oh and be nice.

  5. You don't look very fat. I am in about the same condition right now. I am going on a 3 week m1t bulk next week, then 6 weeks of cutting starting in late march.

    Take at least the same amount of time off cycle as you spent on. I usually try to take double the time off myself. Depending on your last cycle length, you'll need 3-4 weeks of nolva. I hope you are not drinking all that booze on cycle.

    I wouldn't do more than 3 to 4 cycles a year but that is just me...Good luck

  9. You have the potential to get big it looks like from the pic. You look better than I do so giving you advice might be a lil above me but just don't forget the legs as it looks like you could get easy gains in the upper part. Basically don't forgot in your 405 bench quest the rest of your body and good luck!

    I am looking alot les bloated. I look better now will post my new ones soon.
    that is right after my 4 week cycle of 1ad /4ad I went from :
    208 20%
    232 @ 20%
    eating like a horse, and just killin it in the gym.
    I am on my 3rd week of pct And I have lost some weight, bloat, [email protected] 18% or so. because of the cardio.
    as strong as when i was on cycle and still gaining.
    I know i gained a conservative 8 to 10 lbs lean mass in 4 weeks.
