One month progress...

This is the progress i've made in the past month. When the first pic was taken i was just taking protein, jack3d, and dark matter as a post w/o. the second pic is current. i'm about 2 and a half weeks into my mass fx/hyperdrol x2 stack. i'm also taking men's mega sport vitamins, syntha-6, and torrent (post w/o) and i've always taken fish oils and a multi vitamin...

I try to workout 5 days a week, but sometimes i slip and do 6 or 7. i can't help it, sometimes i feel like i need to lift if i'm stressed or something. Between these pics i was on a 4 week program of 10 reps everything for week one, 8 reps everything for week two, 6-week 3, then 4-week-4, (though i kinda cheated and did 8 on everything 4th week, i couldn't bring myself to just do 4 reps, it was just not enough).

thanks man. i've don't think i've ever been this dedicated to lifting but it's definitely paying off...
 
whats your diet look like?

it seems like my diet is just a constant bulk. i eat pretty clean considering i try to eat north of 4000 calories everyday. i usually only have time to eat 4 big meals a day, i would prefer 6 medium sized meals but i just can't with my schedule. but a pretty avg day for me would look like:

Meal 1:
2 eggs, 3 egg whites
1 cup grits
2 scoops (46 g protein) syntha-6 protein shake with 2 cups whole milk
1-2 cups oj
12 oz water

Meal 2:
6 oz pasta with 8 oz chicken and meat sauce
2 cups whole milk
12 oz water

Meal 3:
6 oz. pasta with 10-12 oz ground beef
? oz. can of spanich
2 cups oj
12 oz water

Meal 4:
can of campbells CHUNKY soup :)
2 slices bread
2 scoops (46g protein) syntha-6 with whole milk
12 oz water


that's just what i ate today. i would consider today an avg day and i left out all my little snacks during the day for extra good calories i.e. beef jerky, mixed nuts, crackers. and i take 2 omega-3's with my first and last meal every day.

thanks bro. i just need to keep working on my chest. it's definitely my weakest muscle group but it'll come with time hopefully
 
If you spend a little more time on shoulders it will make a big difference. I like to always hit the 3 lateral db raises (front, side, bentover) with a moderate weight, not to heavy and rep the hell out of em 15-20. Military presses and wide grip (almost shoulder with) upright rows are key also.

All of those are my staple shoulders work outs haha. but i usually rotate between bb and cable on the front and side lateral raises to be sure i'm getting good resistance throughout the entire lift. also i like to put the cable about shoulder height and pull it across my chest (like right arm straight across the chest almost touching the other shoulder and bring the handle across keeping the arm straight) i believe it hits the back of my shoulders i don't even know what it's called i just like the exercise...

Oh........ hahaha, just sayin that big shoulders look badass. Imo if they dont hurt train them again as soon as possible, I def overtrain shoulders.

and i forgot to add that i just began mixing a quarter of a cup of oats with each of my protein shakes for some extra carbs and i love the taste. it's like a chocolate oatmeal cookie or something. i'd definitely recommend it...
 
GREAT JOB any sides on the mass / hyperdrol?

yea tons of sides... strength, stamina, libido, and muscle hardness all went up haha as far as negative sides. none what so ever...

I also just got back from the gym and set a personal record squat max: i did 305x4 and 315 just once as my max. i'm sure i could've maxed in the 320's or 330's b/c it was after a couple lifts but i'm sticking with the facts.

annnnddd, anyone can feel free to come up with the proper name or correct me if im wrong but i believe the exercise you were talking about above is a variation of a one arm reverse fly (using a cable), keeping the arm straight eliminates the use of your try and places the bulk of the work on your rear delt. im a big fan of them, i love to go light weight and hit a couple sets of around 15 reps. they definitely burn like hell!!
 
not tryin to thread jack here....but how did you dose the mass fx/hypderdrol boss? im hopin to start them next week and was jut wondering? i work 9-6 mon-fri and im not dealing with a packed gym in the afternoon so ill be doing morning workouts if that makes a difference.

I decided to do it this way because I heard a lot of people say that hyperdrol starts kicking in around the 2nd week so I decided to not take the mass fx for the first week and save some for when it really started to get good and up the dosage haha and i'd highly recommend it. and 2 is how many pills you take NOT 2 o'clock to avoid confusion... and if you want to spread the doses of mass fx more throughout the day since you lift in the morning i'm sure that would be fine. i did that for a couple of days when i lifted pretty early. any more questions feel free to PM me...
 
thanks man. i would definitely recommend it. i haven't really tried an other test boosters out so i can't really compare it to anything as to whether it's a better than others but i can assure you you'll make some solid gains....

How many weeks do you plan on taking the stack?
 
Sadly, I can only afford 4 weeks. I would like to continue it to 8 but I just don't have enough money... maybe I'll find a 2 for 1 special or something sometime soon (NP HINT HINT**) but until then I'm SOL
 
i feel ya on bein able to afford it....that car show i went to this past weekend destroyed my funds....i got paid today and i still might have to wait till next week to even be able to buy the stuff.
 
try supplementwarehouse.com they have the best prices on mass fx/hx2 i have seen, but it takes them a little longer to ship. at least to where i live in texas...
 
what do you guys think my body fat percentage is??
 
no i've pretty much plateaued at 185 somedays even 184...
 
my guess is about 7%
 
great results so far.. if i could see results like that by the end of this month( i just started dieting/lifting) i would be my ideal size by august
