This is the progress i've made in the past month. When the first pic was taken i was just taking protein, jack3d, and dark matter as a post w/o. the second pic is current. i'm about 2 and a half weeks into my mass fx/hyperdrol x2 stack. i'm also taking men's mega sport vitamins, syntha-6, and torrent (post w/o) and i've always taken fish oils and a multi vitamin...
I try to workout 5 days a week, but sometimes i slip and do 6 or 7. i can't help it, sometimes i feel like i need to lift if i'm stressed or something. Between these pics i was on a 4 week program of 10 reps everything for week one, 8 reps everything for week two, 6-week 3, then 4-week-4, (though i kinda cheated and did 8 on everything 4th week, i couldn't bring myself to just do 4 reps, it was just not enough).
