3 weeks back from a 6 month layoff. I will be hooking up with IA next month starting with a concrete program.
These pics I took last night are a reality check for me. I feel like a beach whale. In the mean time until next month I will be doing the super squat condensed program by IA. Right now I'm 215 wanting to get down to 205 with 8 percent. I haven't done a bodyfat measurement but my guess would be 17 percent.
At this rate would you guys recommend getting my bodyfat down more than focusing on muscle building program? I'm using the Massive Eating program from John Berardi from TMAG. Any feedback and criticizm will be taken.
