This was in abot a 1 1/2 year process. I currently just finished up a Mdrol cycle. Went form 198 to 215. The first pic is 178, second is now weighing in at 215. I begin my cut tomorrow.

Thanks brotha! Im am pleased with the ckd diet. I didn't think I had lost any size, but now that I look at it, my bi's are smaller for sure, which is weird because the way my shirts fit, they seem the biggest they have been! IDK? Maybe it is the flex is different, because they measured the biggest the have the other day at 16 1/4. Oh well, I will bulk my way right back up, this time clean and the right way.

Completely normal with no carbs....I honestly do not know how you guys have NO carbs at all in your diet....As long as you create a caloric deficit you will lose bodyfat...I'm a big believe in a low/moderate carb, high protein, and a low fat diet myself.
But hey if it's working for ya go with it...Everyone is certainly different.
I totally agree with you 16. I was going to run the anabolic diet, but after the first week I some how turned it into the CKD. So, I figured I would turn it into the CKD diet, and cycle it for 8 weeks. I'm haveing outstanding results, so I will maintain the diet for another 4 weeks, and then slowly re-introduce carbs and work up form there. Will I use this diet again, probably not. But I will also NOT let myself get to the point where I need to! It has also helped me learn alot about my body, diet, and how it responds to certian things. But, damn!!! Sucks when my co-worker bring WW sweet onion buns and burgers for a bbq on friday afternoons!!!
