    Nice goddamn calfs man! For real.. Chest looks great too.
    If I had to pick out your weak spot i would say your back especially in your traps could come out a little more, but that's just me. Good job, keep it up!

    Hope you don't mind the constructive criticizm.

    Your traps, arms, lower chest, quads and calves look unrealistically big. They are in great shape, HUGE. Nice development there.

    I won't lie though, your back looks like it needs a whole whole lot of work, not trying to be a douche bag and not saying it looks "weak" or anything. But the areas I feel look unproportioned are the upper chest and the back.

    Deads-I see no lower back depth
    T-bar Rows-You need more mid back thickness
    Barbell Rows-Again will develop overall thickness in you back
    Pull-Ups{I do these on back,shoulder and on a rest day for 4 sets of 8-10}
    Lat pulldowns

    I see very little rear delt and no traps from behind....So on shoulder day add reverse pec deck for rear delts, and behind the back smith shrugs to help bring your traps up from the rear.

    Remember to use weight that you can handle for 8-10 reps and use no momentum.

    One plus is that you are wide so that's a good thing, now all you got to do is eat and work on the bread and butter exercises and you will get it done.
