I was gonna comment on forearms too but i think thats been beaten like a dead horse haha.

Wow this is the only time I have heard so much about forearms. LOL That is the least of my worries.
This was me last year at around 245. BF% was very low.

Awesome. How do you keep that size up? I expect it would take quite a bit of gear to be 265 showtime. Thats right at Coleman size.
