Definite improvement boo! If your stats are correct (5'6" 166lbs), then we're around the same size (I'm an inch shorter). I've always thought my arms sucked, and they do. Is Havoc your first cycle?
I'll be running hdrol in < month, and hope I see this kind of increase in my arm size.

ya I know my guns suck and so does my cam and they are not separated and kinda ****t and flabby but the Havoc has def. gotten up a bit somewhat fat but larger for sure

13.5 in november and now 15.7 as of today

I went from 13 to 15.5inches in a year using havoc twice....that sh*t works for size!

Looking good keep it up....run a PROPER pct, 40mg can and most likely will shut you down pretty decently.
