    Well I originally wasn't going to post pics because I didn't know how supportive everyone would be. But after seeing Manbeasts great results, I decided that I should post mine.

    Try not to laugh too hard at my fatass.

    For 21 years, I never worked out a day in my life and I was tired of it. I needed a lifestyle change. Well here is my first stages of transformation.......

  2. That is a HUGE change in very little time. The amount of fat lost around your face and stomach is amazing. good job and keep working hard.

    When I decided to make my change, I did it all out. No more soda at all(I used to drink a 2 liter a day), no more alcohol evAr, and no more fast food. I now eat wellrounded meals that consists of Carbs, Protein, and fat because your body needs all of this. I always do cardio 6 days a week and I lift 3 days a week. In january I am becoming a certified spinning instructor. I bike almost everywhere I go nowadays.

    I have never cheated, nor have I ever wanted to cheat. For my b-day, I didn't even eat my bday cake. I let everyone else have it.

  6. DOOD, I must say huge congrats to you. I know how hard it can be to get the ball rolling, and your change thus far has been very remarkable. here's to you and your huge hairy balls bro, cause that's what it takes to dive in head first and accomplish as much as you have. keep up the good work!

  12. thats some dedication and you definitely deserve the congrats. Im also very much impress in the amount of results in that short amount of time. and you right, soda is like liquid candy...possibly the worst thing thats popular in an american diet. keep it up, keep motivated and imagine how much more progress you could make with a well balanced diet, hard work in the gym, and most importantly, the desire and drive to get it done. Congrats on your change so far brother.

    You've made some great progress so far, and it seems that you really want this. I think the key here (as size mentioned in his thread) is consistency and longevity in training and diet.

    You may fall off the horse for a day or 2 here or there (we all do), but as long as you're riding in the right direction (which you obviously are), than you'll get where you want to be before long Keep us updated and search around the place for some help if you need it. And give us some more pics in a few months, I think we'll all be pleasantly surprised.

    I would like to however comment on your bf%...you are definately not at 20%, I would say your are in the mid to high 20's.

    Still, this is a great transformation (especially in your face and neck region)...Keep it up!!

    Yea, that's from the Tanita scale reading. It's really mostly to show the difference in range. Next week at school I will get a body caliper reading from my exercise science department. I honestly am only big around the middle. My arms and legs are really skinny. It's just that damn spare tire. I'll keep you up to date. Next semester we get to do hydrostatic weighing.......woohoo.....can' t wait.
