work on your shoulder and back some. Looks good though, glad to see youre still at it.
Some nice lifts...maybe make sure you focus on form too. Not sayin your not hittin em, but for you it seems moderate weight and a bit higher reps, maybe 8-10 for 3-4 set would be suitable. Keep at it you got plenty of time.

Keep up the good work man! Like MT said, some shoulder work wouldn't hurt ya, but overall nothing seems to out of proportion.

thanks you guys ya i finally started doing some higher rep work between 8-12 depending on my lift, i don't think i was working with the most effective training style for a while so hopefully i get some great gains i will show u guys my progress.

ha dont worry i did after that pic, we just moved in so we have so much work to do on the house i haven't even worried about cleaning my room lol as u can see we still need to carpet the room.

Good work bro, but some advice, dont start cutting just eat well, and train hard, you wont get fat, and at your age you will grow...quickly, eat plenty of meat, nuts, cheese, milk, oats and brown rice,drink lots of water, and add a little cardio, stick at it, youve got quite some potential!!!

thanks man good advice, i will do that then just keep eating and add a some cardio
