  13. iits just a name i used when i was like 17 weighing in at if im lucky 130.i dont think im great at all, theres always someone bigger and better and im not vain at all.everyone needs help sometimes, theres always room for improvment back then i just wished i had a great physic but i think after 4 years im getting there....

    Thanks man, for biceps I do heavy cable curls with crooked bar (like 5 sets), then I do super high reps with like 25's and just keep repin them till I cant move my arms..(6-7 sets)...Thats what I did today for bi's.

    As far as natty supplments I responded best to Diesel Test Hardcore stacked with Trib Test Extreme.

    My tips would be to try to overtrain every day, and MAKE SURE you are eating a ton of protein...works for me.

    Post workout I usually drink a 1/2 gallon of skim milk (there is a grocery store in the plaza with my gym) Sometimes I add a scoop of whey in the milk, but you dont really need to.
