I would imagine anything applied topically gets absorbed to some degree. If you mean absorbed into the bloodstream and then distributed systemically, I don't know the answer to your question.

I'm unaware of any systemic dangers to topically applied pheromones (skin rash would seem the most likely bad reaction if there was going to be one).
