Follow the How To Use instructions for the respective Invalid Link Removed/Invalid Link Removed you are going to use.

For Invalid Link Removed:

As a dietary supplement take one serving daily. Shake bottle well before each dose. Take with or without meals. Serving size 10mL (two 5mL oral syringes).

Use product in 12 day intervals. For instance, use product for 12 consecutive days, take 12 days off, then repeat.

just follow the bottle. thow id cycle the TCF-1 3-4 weeks on 1-2 off, myself.
also maybe id add sustain alpha with it too.
