Hey,
The situation is this, currently I'm at about 11-12% BF and my goal is to start cutting down reaching 8% BF in 2.5 to 3 weeks.
I have a relatively fast metabolism, and I usually have no problem losing weight rapidly even without using any particular fat burner.
Because of the short time I have, I will be doing aerobics 6 time a week + weight lifting 4 times a week.
My diet plan is basically 500 to 700 daily deficit following a sort of an IF diet with fasted aerobics.
An example of my daily plan (M = Meal, W = Workout , S = Supp) :
S 08:00AM PES Alphamine , gradually going from 1 scoop to 2 scoops.
W08:15AM Aerobics
M 11:30AM Breakfast
M 02:30 PM Pre workout Meal
S 04:15 PM PES Enhanced , gradually going from 1 scoop to 2 scoops.
W 05:00 PM Weight Lifting
M 06:00 PM Post Workout Shake
M 07:30 PM Dinner
M 10:30 PM Pre Bed-Time Meal
Is my goal viable? (in other words anyone ever lost 3% bf within 2.5 to 3 weeks?)
Should I tweak something in my plan ?
