Hey all,
Just had a quick question about the leftover Anabeta Elite I have from my previous 8 week run. I was wondering if there was any benefit to taking it on an as-needed basis (A.K.A. on a heavy squat and deadlift day) to boosting recovery/appetite/etc.
Or would the left over product be best saved and utilized for another full-blown cycle of ABE?
Any input is appreciated, thanks!
