Anabeta Elite and Intermittent Fasting

Hi guys, i'm going to start an anabeta elite cycle. The label says to take the caps spreaded throught the day with food and on workout days to take 2 caps before training with food too... so, since my diet is based on intermittent fasting style and i train completly fasted (i take bcaa only), can I take anabeta elite on empty stomach or this will lead to a minor absorption of the product and less efficacy?

No it will be fine, I take my morning ABE fasted also.
