Brandon and I were both undergoing a low-carb ketogenic diet and, as he managed to dislocate his shoulder in football league, training was curtailed (also due to the time constraints of a divorce and moving out on my part)
Specifically, we ran Shift while taking two cold showers, one in the morning, and one in the evening. One tablet of melatonin (5mg) was taken before the evening shower to assist in sleep.

As you can see, the results aren't super striking, but considering the results and the extant time constraints and Brandon's injury, I believe they warrant further experimentation, especially where there is literature to suggest that T2 may have a cold-adapting effect in rats (yes, I know it's a slightly different compound and the rats were hypothyroid, but still, it makes me wonder)

Not enough info there. How long did you run the shift? How often were those measurements taken? Is that weekly, bi-weekly, etc? Impressive results none the less.

Curious to know the timeframes as well.

sorry for the delay! We did measurements weekly, so the run was for a single month. I got one extra set of measurements purely due to a hellish schedule and moving and such.

Nice job bro! Those are great results!

There's some lit to suggest that T2 helps with cold adaptation in rats, which is kind of where I got the idea to add Shift to Cold showers.
