    What's the most efficient way to dose alpha t2 while following the lean gains IF protocol? My first meal of the day is 3pm and last is 9pm


  2. I dose it when I wake up at 6:30AM and pre-WO (my eating window is ~12-8PM).

    I dose first thing and before my second meal (usually pre-post-training meal). I would say dose first thing and again 6-8 hours later.

    Do you take two capsule first think in the morning and then just one later on?

    No, I use two capsules for both my doses (you can see all my supplement dosing/timing in post #1 of my 2012 Journal). That said, start out with 1/1 or 2/1 and then go to 2/2 if you want to.
