recomp dosing rec.....

ive currently got the following on hand:
2 recourse
2 erase
2 anabeta
2 at2

looking at recomping and i train fasted at 8am with a pwo shake at roughly 10am, 1hour after my last amino consumption...dosing recommendations please
 
AT2 fasted, two caps pre training and one a few hours later, 30 minutes before food and at least two hours afterwards.
Erase one capsule three times per day
AnaBeta one capsule four times per day
Recourse as per label instructions.

so 4 total at2's? anabeta pre and post training for the first 2 doses?

AnaBeta pre and post training for the first two doses is how I would do it, yes. Keep them spread out.

Really great stack there! Are you going to be starting the Erase right away? I only ask because I saw you just finished or are finishing a run of Licogenix.

i wasnt planning on it, i wont start this for roughly 2 weeks and was thinking about running erase after the first bottle of recourse is done which would be 20 days after start so theres atleast 4 weeks until erase is started

What you have is already impressive, but a gda also isn't going to impede any progress. It's really up to you and how much you want to spend on supps, but also how you respond to a gda and if the additional effects will even be noticeable.
 
i have 2 bottles of glycobol on hand but i think i'll stick to the original plan mentioned above...
 
okay, i tried my original dosing today as follows:

7am 500 mg agmatine
730am 1 at2, 1 anabeta, 1 scoop wf, 1 scoop pw intra....
810am train
so i had an increased heartrate and upset stomach for the duration of my workout which hindered my normal intensity, i do train completely fasted and have never felt this way before....any ideas on what to change for future use? 1 at2 really had me sweating to the point where i really dont want to take 2 at2 pre training...heres what im thinking:

7am agmatine
730 1 at2, wf, pw intra
930 post wo, 2 anabeta with high calorie/ high carb pwo shake....

does wf interefer with at2?
 
correct....so 2 anabetas after training is okay....
